Trauma Counselling

Trauma can leave a lasting impact on how we feel, think, and interact with the world. It may stem from a single event or build over time from repeated experiences. Whatever your story, healing is possible. Trauma counselling provides a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences and work towards reclaiming your life.

Let’s work together to find the support you need. If my approach isn’t the right fit, I’m happy to recommend trusted therapists or services tailored to your individual situation. Whether you need help with specific challenges or broader guidance, we’ll ensure you get the care that works best for you.

Your time needs to be well spent and an introductory meeting is the best way to get started.

What to expect

Your trauma therapy begins with an initial conversation to discuss your background, challenges, and goals. This helps us create a plan that works for you, including the number of sessions and therapeutic approaches. If additional or alternative support is needed, I can provide referrals to trusted specialists.

Sessions can be conducted face-to-face or online, with the option to keep your camera off during online meetings to prioritise your comfort.

Accredited therapist

My approach is deeply relational and dynamic. I'll support you and, with empathy and understanding, confront the narratives and beliefs you hold about yourself (and others when needed). This creates space for meaningful, lasting change.
