Let’s work together to find the support you need. If my approach isn’t the right fit, I’m happy to recommend trusted therapists or services tailored to your individual situation. Whether you need help with specific challenges or broader guidance, we’ll ensure you get the care that works best for you.

Your time needs to be well spent and an introductory meeting is the best way to get started.

What to expect

Your alcohol therapy starts with an initial conversation where we discuss your background, current challenges, and reasons for seeking help. Together, we will outline a plan tailored to your needs and determine the sessions required. If needed, I can also suggest appropriate referral options.

Sessions are offered face-to-face or online through video or phone, based on your preference and location. Online sessions do not require your camera to be on, ensuring you can focus on feeling at ease and fully engaging in the process.

Accredited therapist

My approach is deeply relational and dynamic. I'll support you and, with empathy and understanding, confront the narratives and beliefs you hold about yourself (and others when needed). This creates space for meaningful, lasting change.
